MedPro Services, Inc. History
MedPro Services, Inc was founded in 2002 by Rebecca Kieffner, who has over 35 years of medical billing experience with focused expertise in orthopedics. Prior to founding the company, Rebecca successfully led the billing department of Methodist Sports Medicine, formally Bloomington Bone and Joint, in Bloomington, IN. Because of her high reimbursement success, quality work, and dedication to orthopedic billing, Rebecca was strongly encouraged by several orthopedic surgeons throughout the nation who were financially struggling and in need of correct coding and successful billing reimbursement to branch out on her own. MedPro Services quickly grew into a thriving medical billing company today.

MedPro Services Continued Growth
Since its establishment, MedPro Services has served regionally and nationally recognized orthopedic surgeons across the United States. The first orthopedic surgeon to contract with MedPro Services was Dr. Gloria Beim, a well-known Olympic, and Paralympic Team Physician.
She served as the Chief Medical Officer for Team USA at the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia. Dr. Beim has also been featured on The Today Show with Ann Curry to discuss her book, The Female Athlete’s Body: How to Prevent and Treat Sports Injuries in Women and Girls. MedPro Services has also worked with Dr. Dale Dellacqua, a nationally known Hand and Microvascular Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon.
