Owner Profile
Rebecca Kieffner is the founder/President of MedPro Services, Inc. She has spent over 20 years in the medical field perfecting billing reimbursement from all commercial, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicaid insurances.
Rebecca attended Indiana State University and holds several certificates of accomplishment throughout the medical coding criteria. She undergoes training and certification on a yearly basis to provide you with the most comprehensive and expert service.
MedPro Services is a member of the American Medical Billing Association.

MedPro Services Inc. only employs the most experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated staff to serve our Clients. We have a wide range of staff which include coding specialist who hold the CMRS (Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist) Certificate, collections staff, data entry staff and other staff members skilled in individual specialties to serve our clients for success.

Rather than offer only generalized billing services, MedPro Services specializes in billing for orthopaedic (orthopedic) , foot/hand, general surgery and microsurgery practices. We know the ins and outs of your practice and how to get the highest reimbursement rates. We bring that extensive expertise to every claim.
Technology Tools
A billing service is only as strong as its software, so we have chosen the best available tools. Workflow PM is our practice management software of choice and we use Real Med for electronic filing. As an option, we also utilize remote desktop technology to offer you secure remote access to our system and your data.

Our entire network is very secure. We utilize Cisco PIX Firewall technology to secure our Internet access. Your office records are kept behind a secure firewall and all electronic claims are securely encrypted for transmission. Your privacy and security are given the highest priority at MedPro Services.
